Meet the Team
Sudha Shah is a CELTA-certified English Language Trainer from Cambridge English, and a passionate Soft Skills and Life Skills Trainer. With a strong background in multinational organizations, she transitioned into the training industry upon realizing her true calling—helping people fulfill their dreams and creating a positive difference in their lives.
She now designs and delivers Business Communication, General English, and Soft Skills training programs for both corporates and educational institutions. Her core expertise lies in impactful areas such as team building, time management and prioritization, problem-solving and decision-making, stress management, leadership, interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and POSH training.
As a teacher trainer, She has empowered numerous educators by conducting workshops on English language, phonetics, and soft skills across schools. She is also associated with Macmillan Education, an internationally renowned publication, as a resource person. In her role as a Finishing School Trainer, she has successfully conducted training across Gujarat, equipping students with life skills, employability skills, and communication skills to prepare them for real-world challenges.
Her commitment to education extends globally through her association with Pratham’s Micro-Access Scholarship Program, sponsored by RELO (Regional English Language Office), an initiative of the U.S. Embassy.
She firmly believes that a mentor is like a compass—guiding participants toward the right direction while helping them discover their true potential. Over the years, this has become her mission: to inspire, to empower, and to make a lasting difference in every learner’s journey.
Maulik Shah is a seasoned Soft Skills and Employability Skills Trainer with over 18 years of diverse experience across FMCG, Public Relations, and Sales & Marketing. Having worked with leading corporates such as Amul, Parle, Britannia, and many others, he has gained a deep understanding of how manufacturing industries function—their requirements, processes, and challenges. These experiences not only shaped his corporate acumen but also honed his communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, which later became the foundation of his journey as a trainer.
While excelling in the corporate world, he discovered his true calling—training and coaching. Pursuing this passion, he transitioned into a full-time trainer and has since conducted numerous trainings and workshops on Communication Skills, Soft Skills, Behavioral Training, Customer Relations, and Business Communication. His engaging sessions have empowered employees across junior, mid, and senior levels in renowned organizations including Vodafone (Vi), Tanishq, Axis Bank, Tata Capital, Hitachi Hi-Rel Power Electronics, and DCM Shriram Group, among others.
To strengthen his expertise and contribute meaningfully to the development of future trainers, he is a Certified Soft Skills Trainer from Ahmedabad Management Association (AMA).
He is also a Certified POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Consultant, equipped to conduct POSH Awareness Programs and Internal Committee (IC) Trainings. Additionally, he is eligible to serve as an External Member on Internal Committees, helping organizations create safe, inclusive, and compliant workplaces
His commitment to skill-building extends beyond corporates. As an empanelled Soft Skills Trainer for the Government of Gujarat’s Finishing School Project (2018–2022), he had the privilege of empowering over 7,000 students in technical and higher education government colleges across Gujarat. His sessions on Communication Skills, Life Skills, and Employability Skills left a lasting impact on the youth, preparing them for both professional and personal success.
Today, he continues to design and deliver training programs across corporates and educational institutions, driven by the belief that training is not just a profession but a noble mission. For him, the greatest reward lies in witnessing the transformation of his participants and the gratitude and affection he receives from them.
